I hope you understand what exactly you are saying. Under 10% is still Millions of systems. Included in that small percentage are hundreds if not thousands of businesses, thousands of schools, and many home businesses. Like anything in life, there are people that like the easy stuff, the work that effects the most people, or the work that provides the most challenge.

Is is just me, have Emilio and Martin been a bit quiet over this whole fiasco?
Martin criticized his son on the CNN story, but declined to elaborate on specifics concerning the show and the fued with Lorre.

I apologize for the big letters. I'm a mac newb and this will be my first mac. I have been waiting for this new macbook to buy and whats funny is that I walked into the Mac Store yesterday, the guy new everything about the product but seemed a little too clueless about the product cycle. He was like.. "uh, could be next February but no one ever knows". I asked how releases are typically handled for macs. He replies "I'm not really sure. It's anyone's guess". So I knew he was trying to avoid talking about it.

CPU will be 90/100 and GPU is 80/100 as the 30% increase in cpu and 30% decrease in gpu, we will see a difference of 117/100 and 56/100. Are you planning on pre-ordering your HTC sensation so you can avoid the masses of people lined up to buy it?
Not sure if your being sarcastic but HTC are very hard to get around the launch time in the UK. Anyway yes, I am going to. The HTC Desire was almost impossible to get for about a month around release over here in the UK because of the massive demand for it.

Is Apples Bluetooth tech anywhere near as completely useless as Logitech's bluetooth mouse tech?
I have a DiNovo bluetooth set and the mouse (suprisingly the most expensive mouse they sell) is almost criminally bad. If this represents the bluetooth signal as a whole for mouse movement then why in gods name is Apple making this? I cant even use my Logitech BT mouse because it only works normally for 10 minutes before it freaks out or just stops trying, I have to stick with RF from them (which is flawless).
I had one bluetooth mouse, macalley I think, threw it away very fast, also had one of the first logitech cordless desktop sets, worked like a charm, only down side was the need for some dongle, I would love a cordless keyboard and mouse that doesnt need a dongle, hence bluetooth, but Im going to read a dozen reviews first before I even try anything bluetooth again. Lets hope apple fixes the problems they had with corded MM.... :o

The computers that are just finishing a CPU conversion, but are still rated as being good buys by non-Mac publications?

I hear a bit of what he is saying though. I mean there wasn't much innovation, just.... it was more like building the perfect car, say something like a Subaru WRX ( my car that I love very much) but replaced with a nicer engine from Porsche.... some better tires off a Lancer.... a nice tranny off of Porsche again.... neverthless... this is what they did with the Mac. Took some great stuff out there like Glossy Screen, Webcams, and Intel chips and put em in our loving Mac. However, the only piece of innocation was the Maglev charger. There was no new standards... no new gear. Yet, I do believe you are asking for too much if they are expected to innovate every product revision. Its becoming a very big company.... its no longer a couple thousand products where you can mess-up on some new innovation...
But I'm not worried... there hasn't been much innovation elsewhere either so its not like Apple is behind... they are in front. Just not WAY in front. We'll see what happens with Leopard/802.11N/Santa Rosa/HD DVDs/Hybrid HDs..... innovation is in the pipeline. Don't worry.
2007 is going to be a very good year.

I think it's really sad that she thinks her only worthwhile legacy is to be the heaviest woman in the world. I can't believe anyone would want to aspire to that.
Oh and I do have a hard time believing that she ate as much as that article claims, at least in one sitting. Her stomach would surely burst! :eek:
I don't have a dog in this fight, but the question that runs through my mind is: if it's so easy, why do people struggle with it? Why are there entire industries built around people that struggle with losing weight on their own?
It's easy in terms of the physics behind it. Consume less than you burn, you lose weight. However, there's something psychological behind the urge to eat. In some cases it would be like telling an alcoholic that it's easy, just stop drinking. There are also some studies and theories which have pointed out that some people don't get the necessary signals to indicate that they are full. So it's simple but it's not. (if you know what I mean.)

I would be greatly interested in this. Likely would not buy the first generation. It would aso depend on size and actual features. Ive been greatly disappointed in the revamp of the apple tv and am looking for apple to do more for my living room than this past pathetic attempt at ATV2.
This keeps up, just a matter of time before Rupert or one of the Merdock's gets a seat on the board of Apple. One more nail in the coffin of the Starnoff model of television distribution.
